So I have this 2 big bags of oat delivered to me and I was like what am I gonna do with this, someone said oatmeal swallow. Watch on as I try my hands on oat swallow for the first time and believe me it came out so good.. No more garri or semolina again...

First I measured with cup and blended it
I search for this in the market here I Abuja, but I couldn't see it. S please where can I get it. Help a friend please... Tanx

. It's not sold like this in Nigeria. But you will get in much much smaller packs. Check super markets

I used to take quaker oats .. Yes, oats is available everywhere apart from shoprite

All my life I have hated Oats, gosh! No taste, until recently, after hearing much about it, and with lots of recommendations, I now kinda love it, but it's tiring having to just prepare it same way everytime, who is in same shoe with me? I want more practical ways of preparing oat dishes (not theories please, show us with pictures, how you did it)...
