life expectancy matters alot. you cant have best hospitals while your life expectancy is lower,that will be stupid.african governments are so good on spinning around reports.they can claim to have the best health systems while their citizen live far less years.they can claim to have good hospitals while lacking medicine,equipments etc.they even claim to have many doctors,while most of doctors are poorly trained or just fake doctors.

thats why i brought the issue of life expectancy.if the health system is good,then the life expectancy will go higher.There are no lies which cant be exposed on this topic of health.
