The only difference between this and what one can find in Nairobi is maybe the horizontal infrastructure eg walkways, outdoor eateries etc.. otherwise Nairobi has already nailed it on vertical infrastructure plus half of all skyscraper projects been built in Africa are in Nairobi.Once we fix basic stuff eg street lights,paveways etc then..
