Kenya gov should make it a non issue... because it is...it's private business of two consenting adults..so laws making it illegal is waste of time... doubt if anybody has ever been convicted on it. What we have to avoid is such banana peels that makes us look retrogressive and denies us opportunities to partner with others...so Ruto is right to downplay this issues as least priority
