Rest in peace Corper Dayo..... I served in Bayelsa 2 years ago and crossed voluminous amount of water countless times however what will be will be.
For those that are calling for scrapping, scrapping of the NYSC scheme is not the issue as we as individuals should be safely conscious, when traveling on water live jacket is one of essentials but we ignore it probably because of the length, breadth, depth of the water and proceed not knowing that "water" is a spirit that knows no one. May God be with the family of the departed young Nigerian.
