Nigerian Minister Of Health, Prof. Isaac Adewole and Ebonyi State Governor,Engr. Dave Umahi Commissioned an Ultra modern Virology/Lassa Fever Centre today 5th September 2016 at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki.

An Ultra modern theatre complex was also Commissioned.

There is nothing for him to do. There is no money to carry out any project it is better to be going on tours than sitting down

This is a project that should be commissioned by commissioner of health and not Minister of Health.

Did you go into the Building to discover number of wards it contains?
Don't be surprised if this is just one of the numerous Complexes constructed, or if it has more rooms than you thought, a Minister just can't come to commission 3Bedroom, like you said.

the teaching hospital has alot of facilities, some ongoing but the virology/laser fever center was quickly put in place during the outbreak to mitigate the danger of the deadly disease so the minister may not have come because of how elaborate the building is but cos of the state government swift response to tackling the deadly menace.
