I have done test, treated malaria and typhoid, used salt and water , stopped using AC, stopped drinking beer, injected antibiotic etc but still to no avail, i haven't experienced such intense catarrh in my life, pls who has come across this and how did you treat it?

Make warm water ur regular and normal drink
Make it a point of duty to have a piece of bitter kola in ur mouth all the time through the day

Hmmm ... Good to know it passed , it seems like it has come to stay, my GF once worked at Lab, she's suggesting i take the catarrh for lab test
