Is It Worth The Trouble? by Eggyloo: 3:29pm On Oct 07, 2009 |
A friend of mine(BSc Holder) that stays close to Ogun State has been called to resume work in a company on the Island. Salary is between 31,000 and 37,000. Fellow Nairalanders, Is it worth the trouble considering the distance involved and where my friend stays is very quiet before 6:00am as Okada riders do not operate at that time (since he/she must leave home latest 5:30am to beat traffic) and the traffic again coming back. Besides, lateness attracts deduction of a certain amount from salary. |

Eggyloo: Just curious. How much is a good start worth in any job in Nigeria? |

I believe a good start salary is a relative concept that involves considering the distance, number of working hours per day, the job function and job satisfaction. This could be between 30,000 and 100,000; depending on the factors mentioned above. You could also check this thread '' How much is a good salary worth in Nigeria? '' |
