Stubborn Trojan Killer but to no avail. I have also done

Also, lunched in safe mode to delete, same thing.
Please, is there anyone with a valid solution away from

Or restore nadriod back up from recovery.

Re flash a custom or stock rom(the original rom of the phone) and it will go away.

I won't survive because you are installing a new system back from scratch.


Do this only if system restore fails to solve the issue.

I'm yet to solve the problem o.. And i'm scared of flashing it.. Still trying out so many suggestions on Google but no hope in sight yet

Don't be scared ok.

Flash the phone which is reinstalling the original stock kernel which came with the phone from factory.
You will only lose your files like contacts, images stored in phone memory etc
I create custom Roms for Android and also a developer on Android so trust me.
If I was in your location I would have removed it from your phone system easily.

download stubborn trojan killer.install it.on ur data , scan and remove it.don't flash ur phone becos if u do it may still reappear. Talking from experience.

I'm currently in ABJ and I'm very busy, you can't do it your self. It's getting into androids Linux system you don't have any prior programing knowledge in Android to do it so that's why you need to re flash the stock kernel back.

my cubetalk9x just suddenly got stuck at the boot logo and won't pass there...I didn't try to root or do anything funny. my phone screen timeout and when I press the power button once to awaken it as usual...it just restart itself and won't pass the tablet logo screen

I hope you have a laptop ? If yes proceed below if no take the tablet to computer Vila or any phone repair shop.

Your phone doesn't need to be rooted. You don't need full battery.

Okay let's go.

Once Flash Tool is launched, Click on the Download Tab.



In the Download Tab, now click on the scatter-loading button.



Now, Locate the Scatter File (you will find the scatter file in the Stock rom folder).



Now, Click on the Download Button to begin the Flashing Process.



Now, Connect your Smartphone to the Computer using USB Cable (without battery- if it is removable). After connecting the device to the computer Press Volume Down or Volume Up key, so that your computer easily detect your smartphone.

Once Flashing is completed, a Green Ring will appear.



Close the Flash Tool on your computer and disconnect your Android Smartphone from the computer.
