you spoke my mind. siasia's performance so far has impressed me as a person and i think it's high time we gave him the job but not without making sure that the FA has very limited interference in his job. the case is simple - draw out a detailed job description for him with a long term result (- 4yrs at least) in mind and periodically evaluate his performance based on same. |
