TOPIC: THAT DELAY

BASIC SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 8: 27:37

Romans 8:28 says " All things work together for good, to them that love God. God allows some negative things to happen to us, because He has some great positive things in His master plan for us. Setbacks are permitted to set you up. Sometimes, pain is permitted yo purify and promote you. Yes sometimes, delays are permitted to enable all satanic correspondence against you to be disgraced. Problems are the price we pay for progress. Years ago, the former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo was attempting to board his plane back from his official trip to Switzerland. It was then discovered just before take off, that the plane had a hydraulic problem that would prevent it from landing. And his journey was delayed. Supposing the plane had taken off before the hydraulic problem began or was discovered? Sometimes, the delays in your life today are allowed by God to remove every evil and sorrow from your tomorrow. Also, some years ago be reminded that there was a young man travelling from Lagos to Ondo State of Nigeria. He was the first passenger to board the 504 Salloon Wagon Car, shortly before takeoff from Lagos, the driver suddenly picked a quarrel with him, which forced him out of the vehicle. His programme to leave Lagos early was disrupted and he was angry. He had to board his next car. Shortly after some kilometers, precisely at a city called Ijebu Ode, they encountered the wreckage of the car from which he was forced out. Everybody in the vehicle including the driver died. The question is: What actually forced the young man out of the car? Sometimes the answer to our prayers for increase, prosperity and breakthroughs, could be a delay. Stop complaining! The longer you wait for something, the more you appreciate it when you get it; because anything worth having is worth waiting for. That delay will turn out for your great good. Wait!

3. Any delay not from God, be uprooted today in Jesus name.
4. Father, clear obstacles from my pathway and turn all delays for my good.

6. Pray about today seriously and any other issue(s) affecting your peace.
