This is really getting out of hand. Reminds me of one dude back in d Univ days that is a master in Xerox copying to d extent of dubbing your reg number verbatim during exams. When this plagiarism news was trending in d local news earlier today, me thought it was child's play but with this international interest by BBC it is indeed disgraceful. When they were busy claiming GEJ projects without appreciating him was when d seed of this copy cat syndrome was sown and now they have done same on an intnl scale. Copyright laws infringement outside d shores of Naija is a serious offence.

Even Obama was severally alleged to have plagiarized - google it.

Wailers should also know there is something we call "fair use" which allows you to make limited use of others work.

Borrowing a statement from others in a lengthy speech to pass a message is no big deal.

True.. The crmminial minded President has always been cheating since he was a young man.
He cheated his way through secondary school.
He cheated his way through all his army promotions even though he failed all his officer examinations in the army.

He submitted fake documents and credentials to INEC before elections.

He submitted fake and doctored credentials to higher institutions all through his miserable life.

Now he became overconfident with his went and plagiarized the most popular president on earth thinking he would never be caught.

This President is now an international rogue.

So because the US president was formerly indicted of plagiarism, then we shouldn't objurgate the Nigerian president of such folly and misdemeanor??

Zombies are one of the reasons reasons why this govt will remain obdurate, incapacitated, insensitive, clueless and depraved. they make the govt believe Nigerians are happy and satisfied with their reprehensible administration.

Stop spamming us Igbo ignorado... The wailer.

Listen to the message and change your ways - stop cheating others, stop lying, stop drug trafficking, stop kidnapping, stop supporting criminality, etc. This is the message - how does the originality of the statement changes the meaning for you, mr Igbo ignorado?

Speech writers are professionals who are hired to put speeches like this together for presidents. In doing this, they always want to impress their boss by looking for ways and expressions to capture the intention of the boss. Since the president eyes do not have "turnit-in" installed in it, how is he suppose to know someone else has used the statement before?

Villager commenting on a national issue.

The people who convinced this man to take a shot at the presidency for the umpteenth time didn't mean well for him and the country.

This was the same person who was revered by most Nigerians at a time ,he has suddenly become the butt of all kinds of jokes, from hero to zilch.

This ought to be the stage where he should be resting after an arduous stint in the military, play with his grandchildren, bt nope grandpa wants to rule nd so rule he must.

We re stuck with grandpa's 20th century geriatric reasoning in this 21st century,we re all stuck.
