I've got a few ideas for you, you could pick any of them. Cheers and gudluck!

1). Invite her for some games at home. Use Scrabble letters and spell out "Will you marry me?" Have the diamond close by.

2). Create a personal Web page with her name and your proposal with a picture of the diamond in its velvet presentation box, and send her the Web address. Or sit down together to surf for good vacation sites, and visit a site or two before you type in the site address.

3). If she wakes up each morning to the clock radio, arrange for an ad on her usual station at just the right time so she hears your proposal when she wakes up in the morning. Try to be at her door (or beside her) when she hears your public proposal, and have the diamond in hand.

4). You could also hide the ring box in the carton of eggs. When she or he goes to make breakfast, be ready to drop to one knee.

The idea is simplicity. It's supposed to be a proposal, right? Make it simple, short but thoughtful, romantic and sincere and the rest is easy. You don't have to start rehearsing proposing to the woman you intend spending the rest of your life with as if you're going for a job interview -- whatever way you do it, I'm sure she'll accept it graciously.

its sumtin u do naturally and no matter ow hard u rehearse it it usually best to do it naturally.

when i did mine, i was suppose to go down on 1 knee but guess what, i went down on 2 knees, and while making di usual small speech, i didnt know when i started crying so amidst kneeling down on both knees, crying i proposed and it was a yes.  

so just do it naturally in a way u feel u like and want.
