I really don´t know why we always want to travel abroad instead of creating little "Dubais", "Cape towns" and "Malaysias" in Nigeria? When will this mentality EVER change?? W-H-E-N

The cost of traveling to Dubai depends on the date/time of travel. I am not aware if there are any special offers in Nigeria but from UK I paid £1200 for a family of 4 for 4 nights at a 4* Hotel/flight/airport pick-up during August last year. Its more cheaper (half the price I paid) around January /February. £100 fetched me 660 Dirhams by then.Now N100 is 2.86AED. Emirates flies from Lagos to Dubai directly so why not check with the travel agents in Lagos.

Bottom line. . .you can live inside Dubai Market near 'Alhaja Mama Put' Nigerian restaurant with a family of 20 for 1 month for only $1000 if you want. Continental breakfast served too!

Just google and shop around. You have to budget at least 1 million Naira for ticket and accomodation per person.
Transportation can be expensive. Hire a personal tour guide. . .if you wish. Anything from taxis to limos are available dependin on your budget.
