This morning, i Was just wondering alone..

The distance between Egypt and Israel is about 613 Km...

However, it took Moses and the Israelites 40 years to complete their journey.

On average each day they walked only 43 meters..

I just wish Moses was around to explain this kind of laziness.

However, has anyone ever taught of doing this minor calculations, either yes or no please share your ideas on what would have caused this.

It's not about the distance. They had lost favour with God. Everybody in the generation that came out of Egypt had to die before God would help them inherit their promise

Any attempt to proceed without God's favour would have been disastrous, considering that Canaan was inhabited by very strong people. That's how God works.
