This is a commendable idea. All states in Nigeria should emulate this. This is how the western world do it.they call it poll tax or council tax. If the government use it well and not embezzled it should contribute to infrastructural development like train security etc. Kudos to the governor.. the days of free oil money is gone. Now the people can begin to hold government accountable on how these monies are spent.
