If you do not trust the strength of a seat to carry your weight, you will not sit on it. In a relationship where you are doubting the ability of being taken care of by a partner, why be in that relationship??
I tried picturing if it is ever possible for a driver to move his vehicle without the engine, it became obvious that it is certainly not possible. So how then do you think relationship can survive with no TRUST?? It is impossible… The role of trust in relationships is solely in negotiable.

Once it is a relationship that the persons involved are looking forward to taking it farther in the future, developing and earning trust is a necessity.

The lack of trust has in most cases been the reason for emotional crises and the increased number of victims of heartbreak.

When there is an insecure partner, there is a partner that has trust issue and lacks trust within himself and in his partner.
And once partners in the same relationship are insecure, then the thin line between love and hate has been drawn.

Trust is something that is gained and not gotten by command or beg.
Yeah!!! It is earned and can take lots and lots of years to develop but just few seconds hours or just an action to destroy. And once it is destroyed, it cannot go back to its former state.

There are notable ways to build trust. Thus;
* BE TRANSPARENT ; if you want to know what transparency means, get a white nylon or leather look through it, if you can see what is happening over the other part, that’s transparency.
We should be transparent in all our dealings and saying so as to give our partners no reason to doubt us.
To be transparent should be our watchword. Nothing is hidden and should be hidden...
