Nigeria as of today boosts 105 tertiary institutions and more than 60 is from the west alone.

I think most of us are guilty of defending those leaders from our ethnicity who have failed us and I think the Yoruba`s and Igbo`s are the biggest culprits. Bring the name Ojukwu or Awolowo and the whole ethnic hate explodes. We tend to equate an attack on a leaders from our ethnic group as an attack on all of us. Those of us that point fingers on this issue should take a step backward and look in the mirror. We need to learn to criticise leaders from our region and accept it when others do without taking it as a personal insult on all of our kinsmen.

My simple answer to you is this: the Greek, Arabs, etc invented a whole load of stuff way back in history, does that now make them more advanced than, say the United States? or havent you heard the saying: "I get am before no be property"
