I think the only person court marriage pays are the ladies. No matter the outcome at the course of a divorce, the wife always get an "Alimony payment" The worst, you share your property into two! Nobody prays for a divorce after marriage, but you have to be on a safer side. So bringing it to the table, will you go for court marriage, in the process of your marriage?
