It's another opportunity to earn outrageous per diem (or "estacode", shop, bask in the glitz of Germany and, of course, brag about courting "foreign investment" for the country. Kperogi, No, the outmoded eye glasses of Nigeria's delegates have inbuilt tape-recorders designed in university of Abuja. What do you expect Buhari to understand, talk less write down on paper?

Write what? did they went to Germany to receive lectures? there is no need to write anything. It is a bilateral meeting where a bilateral agreement will be signed. German party will sign, then pass it to their Nigerian counterpart to sign. prof. with all due respect think before you post.
