What a terrible incident! This incident that happened few days ago where many people lost their lives. Who do you think should be hold responsible? or is it,
The carelessness of Govt  or Poverty.  because, there is one article i read on www.nigerianarticles.com, 2days after the incident  that reveal so many thing.
