Can some 1 please help to post the deliverables mandates proposed by the Hon. Minister of State for Petroleum Resources?

He identified the ministerial deliverables as: eradication of smuggling of Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, across Nigerian borders; complete gas flare commercialisation programme; increase crude oil production to three million barrels; reduce the cost of oil extraction; promote the passage of the petroleum industry bill; increase domestic refining capacity and create jobs for Nigerian youths.
He emphasised that the objective of the retreat was to cascade down the ministerial mandate to all staff of the DPR, too enable it provide the necessary regulatory oversight for the oil and gas sector and achieve the next level agenda of Government.

Smh!!! Sadly I believed this a little

May God forgive you for all this

Xtruzz:
1. The DPR is done equipping various operational offices. Well furnished for the incoming batch.
2. Testimony will start rolling in by Nov.
3. Resumption is officially January but you can actually move in by December.
4. All the candidates shortlisted by Baba Ladan are all intact, more names where only added to it.
5. 13 names was meant for replacement but it's now 41 for replacement while others where from the interview which make it 200+.
6. The 41 replaced names comprise of applicants who fail to resume and those with questionably certificate. The names Shakur collected from the PRESIDENCY and NASS is slated for replacement.

Congratulations in advance.

15 Common Interview Questions And Answers - Joblyng

Which position are you most interested in?
When you are responding to an advertisement, the company will likely know the position for which you have applied. Many times companies key their advertisements so, when they are advertising for more than one position, they can identify the position for which you have applied. Most public service organizations will have a specific job number with the job announcement.
However, no matter what position for which you may have applied, many companies have more than one position to offer, and the interviewer is probably going to consider you for any position available based on your submitted resume and interview performance.
Key to answering this question is to realize that different companies and organizations may call essentially the same positions by different job titles; therefore, it is best if you answer the kind of function you are interested in performing rather than a specific job title.
Hence, say “I am interested in accounting,” or “I am good at accounting,” rather than “I am interested in the Junior Accountant position.”

Are you looking for full-time or part-time work?
When you are dealing with a large business or public service corporation, chances are the position is full-time, and you should be prepared to accept full-time employment.
However, when you are trying to get your foot in the door, it is well to remember that many companies hire full-time employees from their part-time and temporary help. This makes sense from a business standpoint in that they are then hiring a person they have had an opportunity to observe on the job.
When you are considering a public service position (working for the federal, state or local governmental entities, for example), it generally makes sense to accept any position as long as two factors are present:
1) That it is a full-time permanent position, and
2) You are entitled to all the normal benefits.
Most public service positions offer opportunities for advancement within the organization, and some even allow you to apply, take tests and interview for positions during your normal working hours. You can, in some cases, look for a better job and get paid for looking during your normal working hours.
This is indeed a good deal for the employee; most private businesses would not tolerate this action and, quite frankly, some would find a “legitimate reason” to fire you if they thought you were looking.

Are you willing to travel or relocate (go where the company sends you)?
Decide which is more important to you: where you live, or whether you want the position, and answer accordingly. You may be willing to travel (this could be anything from commuting to another city to work to being out of town two weeks every month), but not willing to relocate. When you are married and earn a secondary income for your family, relocating is not always practical.

The list has been sent to the Hon. Minister of State for approval. The new director of DPR (Mr. Auwulu Sarki) won't change anything because he is a staff of DPR. Everything about the 2nd batch has been sent to the minister.

What will be d fate of dis second batch now?

This unnecessary delay has it's downsides even for the management, but I know that considering the lack lustre attitude that our public service is known for, it would be considered a non-issue amongst them.

It's disturbing that this has continue to drag on for so long, From Mordecai's tenure to Shakur's short stay as Acting and now Auwalu's tenure has just begun. And I'm very sure this new development would further drag the process even further because of our undying love for needless bureaucratic processes as a country. undecided

The Acting Director never had the power to approve the dispatch of letters. I guess most people weren’t aware of this. A substantive director can do that.

Alhaji Shakur couldn’t be confirmed because he is from the non-technical arm of the Agency.

You guys should be happy about this new development.

Oga you're now beginning to contradict yourself, if you knew fully well that Shakur couldn't dispatch letters.
What were the predictions you were dropping about resumption dates all about then?
We've seen people in acting capacity sign off on bigger projects than a recruitment process, so what makes a recruitment process any different?
Everyone is now critical, make it make sense before you post.

Does it mean the Hon minister does not have any input in the list? Since you said it had been sent for approval. Does it mean he will approve without any alterations by adding his own candidates?
