Just as you say, you need God's help. Pray for the spirit of Might and be sensitive when the temptation comes....it usually comes in form of thoughts. If you can be highly sensitive not to get carried away, I'm saying this because those sexual arousing thoughts can quickly evade your introspection or observation before you can arrest them.

Even if what it takes is to get down and start praying when you have those feelings; it will definitely help you. Also, drown yourself in the meditation of the word of God. When you meditate and seek out the mysteries of God's word, you won't have time to meditate on sexual inducing things, you will also have time for other areas of your life that masturbation is trying to checkmate. It is good to go for deliverance but in some cases, that won't solve the problem, it won't go away one day. It took you time to start masturbating, enjoying it and consistently giving in. It will also take you some time to UNLEARN what you have learnt (Don't feel bad if your first attempt at stopping fails, be consistent and adamant). That's why i said you should pray for might. And deeyfeex859, keep yourself away from porn of any form, either sex leak tape or anything sensual. May the grace of Jesus that helped all champions of faith- past, present and future, be your guide and help you overcome. AMEN.

2. Lower your gaze, avoid looking the opposite sex with sex intend thereby tormenting urself unnecessarily.
3. Get married if u hav the means or engage in fasting
4. Pray to ur creator for help.
5.If you are a muslim and wanting to quit any addiction within days. The best method is to strictly observe your five daily prayers on time and in the mosque. The short interval between prayers allow almost no room insha Allah for lewdness, thus keeping your mind constantly engaged.

Caution: Continuing that addiction, Shaitan will start justifying it as ok and then beautify it later.

May your creator guide you to that which please Him.

I strongly believe that if a person can summon enough willpower, he can stop. Just remind yourself of the dangers whenever you are tempted. Easy-peasy.

I feel you because I was once there. Just like you, it was something I hated yet found powerless to stop until I understood why.

First, masturbation looks harmless but easily ensnares one in a web that is difficult to break. It is like taking hard drugs. It initially takes one high but then you get addicted and at that time, it owns you.

1. The power behind masturbation is demonic and you need to understand that.
2. In every masturbation, you trade! You get sexual gratification and demons take whatever they deem equivalent from your life. Its called the principle of exchange in spiritual warfare!
3. The more you masturbate, the weaker you get in resisting the urge to masturbate. The less frequent you masturbate, the stronger you get in overcoming the urge.

Now, before telling you how to break the hold of masturbation, you need to understand some spiritual principles.

Demons are everywhere and they have the power to suggest into peoples heart. They set you up and then suggest a solution: masturbate.

Remember Peter just finished declaring Jesus as the Son of God by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit but less than 5 minutes later, Jesus turned to this same Peter and said Satan! Get the behind me...

Solution:
1. Avoid setting up yourself through Music, Movies, Books, Talks etc.
2. Sanitize your environment by replacing things that polute with spiritually and other edifying things. Listen more to spiritual music, read edifying books, watch edifying movies etc.
3. Learn to run and pick race when a "setup" is being initiated through any means.
4. Recognise the spiritual nature of the battle and hence
i. Are you willing to sacrifice what you are not aware of for a few minutes of pleasure?
ii. Speak out in command against the demonic forces suggesting masturbation to you. Bind them, torment them with Gods fire, resist them

Usually, demons run at this stage but stand afar off.

I assure you, they will return like stubborn rabid dogs they will return
NOW,
As you succeed one day at a time, the frequency of their coming will begin to reduce. So, you will mark one week, one month, three months, 6 months, one year of victory and the battle will get easier and easier.

Trust me, address these demons in anger and see!
