You have to realize that the UKBA operate under the law, unlike some other countries e.g. Naija where the law is meaningless; and so they have to follow the procedure for handling minors. They cannot use a subjective assessment to declare that he's lying about his age. Also, it seems the age test takes a while to get a conclusive result. Hence, while waiting for the result they must treat him like a 15-year old. They were following the law, a humane law at that, not the barbarism in places like Somalia and Saudi-Arabia where 13-year old children are murdered. When the law is humane it depicts the evolution of the legal system behind such law.

My only question is this: Why can't Nigerians just use juju to fly into UK without any hassle? Why wasting time having interviews at the UK/US embassies?

How can the guy be Yoruba, with his Niger-delta accent.

Humane laws should incorporate common sense or else it is common nonsense.

Only in foolish and stupid UK. I trust places like Italy and Spain.

So because of humane laws, someone like Desmond Tutu would arrive at your shores and say he is 20 and you will still need to waste taxpayers money to test if it is true?

Common sense should guide them in such an extreme case, otherwise their humane laws are hopeless.

The guy is the first video sounds Edo (like Edo North, e.g., Auchi/Uromi etc.)
The guy in the second video (Yussuf) is DEFINITELY Yoruba, both in name, and accent, especially.

Umm. . .  I beg to differ. I thought Becomrich posted utter nonsense, actually.

First of all, what does the admission/university system have to do with posting fake documents? Not everybody in the UK or USA make it to university in any case.

Secondly, the e-passport aint that hard to get. If you don't use a tout or bribe anybody, it takes two to three weeks in Nigeria. I can't say for Nigerians abroad. If you now decide to 'sort', you can get it in two days, for twice the official amount. I don't think that is worse than paying sometimes ten times that amount for a bunch of badly forged documents, and a half-assed storyline like Benson's.

Third and final: . . . the embassies do not treat people like shit. I am a Nigerian resident in Nigeria, and I've visited many many embassies in Nigeria, and while I have been denied a visa a few times (well, just once actually), I cannot say that we get poor treatment at those embassies. You need to see what Nigerians say at those visa interviews. I was at the French embassy once, and one dude was telling the interviewer that he was headed to Geneva, in France, for a meeting. The interviewer, tongue in cheek, kept on referring to 'Geneva in France' humorously during all those interview sessions. While we keep pulling idiotic stunts like this, and claim desperation as a reason (you paid Uncle London, bought a plane ticket, and you're 'desperate'?), then we deserve the treatment we get. I'd say these guys are even quite patient, with all the stunts we pull.
