Ikpeazu Introduces Education For Employment In Abia by Mztarstrechy(m): 7:20am On Nov 03, 2016 |
As shared by Abia online on social media..... 'The Education for employment(E4E) programme is ongoing in the three senatorial zones of the State. The establishment of E4E programme was a brain child of the Governor Okezie Ikpeazu. The programmes aims at providing not just the required education but also a kind of support that leads directly to public, private or self employment. It focuses on technical and vocational education to bridge the gap between educational institutions and industries in the state. With this, Abia 'dream' will be greatly achieved. The ongoing transformation of Education sector by Governor Ikpeazu's administration under the watch of his hardworking Commissioner for Education, Professor Ikechi Mgbeoji have started yielding the expected result. These are Boy's Technical College (BTC) students of Jss 1-3 and SS 1-2 building a four classroom block. Isn't this a marvelous sight to behold? I created this topic last year but lalasticlala thought I was lying.Thank God I've been vindicated again as good results have started pouring out from the program. Despite what the court distractions he has encountered more than any other governor in the history of mankind, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has remain resolute in discharging his duties to Abians. The greedy minorities in Abia can never in their lifetime succeed in taking our God given mandate. Ride on OVI. https://www.nairaland.com/2535691/new-technical-education-programme-kicks# http://www.ngrguardiannews.com/2015/08/education-for-employment-scheme-kicks-off-in-abia-anan-holds-mcpd/ 4 Likes |

WRONG WRONG WRONG!! Igbos are drawn to importing auto spare parts and Innoson built himself on assembling autovehicles here in Nigeria. The Governor should be encouraging vocational Mechanical skills, which can lead to a stronger manufacturing base, where an Automobile company looking for skilled workers and affordable means of doing business, will relocate to Abia state, making it an industrial hub. And vocational engineering skills (Engineering Technicians) can be adapted to Phone Construction and Repair, Machinery manufacture and repair and servicing and even freaking Aeroplane Manufacture and Repair. All which leads to a higher standard of living. Not bricklayers who earn slightly above minimum wage. And people are praising this?!! God! When will we get it right in this country?? 1 Like |
