Nwofor SAN MOVES AHEAD TO ADOPT HIS EARLIER ARGUMENT IN RESPECT OF HIS preliminaries objection challenging jurisdiction of the panel.

No mind Poroye, and his crook lawyers. Poroye have been declared wanted by President court of Appeal and CJN to come and substantiate the afidavit he swear to on the accusation of bribe,

but till today he's yet to show face.

Nwafor is quoting what the law says and Olanipeku is saying outside the rules and law..."He said the justice should go out of rule and law to considered his client Jegede in fair hearing that is against the law....anything outside rule of law is not a justice....so Mimiko/jegede have lost the battle already because they are not in the suit and it's not in their interest..that is why Olanipeku is saying that words to the justice...that is against rule of law....Jegede/mimiko have failed on this one
