HIGH COURT TO RULE ON APPLICATION FOR BAIL FOR NNAMDI KANU AND CO ON NOVEMBER 17

With the tempo of the proceedings increasing rapidly, Barrister Maxwell Okpara, a counsel to one of the defendants highlighted the delay tactics of the Nigerian government to frustrate the trial. He prayed the court to curtail excessive adjournment of proceedings. He also pleaded notified the court that the family members of his client are being prevented from entering the court room by the security officials.
The judge, Mrs Binta replied him that "it is not possible to stay in the court room and know what is happening outside."
However, the judge ruled that ruling for the bail of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and co-defendant filed by their legal team will be heard on November 17, 2016.

The case of the National Cordinator of IPOB, Mazi Chidiebere Onwudiwe followed suit. The defense counsel told the court to adjourn the case, while his client should be transferred from DSS custody to prison to enable him prepare for his case.

The FG defence counsel filed an additional case charges against Nnamdi Kanu, but the presiding judges blasted the government's defence team saying, “this is not the rule of law.” The judges, there after called upon Kanu’s legal representative led by Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor while ignoring the FG's team.

I'm an igbo man. I've got a lot of yoruba and hausa friends. I don't know if i like or dislike NK but what i find nauseating is when Yorubass who don't care about Biafra keep on fighting and drooling spittle because of this biafra matter.
