I know Egun people to be from Badagry since they originally are from Dahomey(Benin republic) and Ijebu people to be from Epe, Ibeju, lekki and Ajah.

So what's this talk about Egun people being from Ajah

For your information, lagos is not yoruba Land but mostly Egun land. Ajah, ketu, Ekpe Badagry etc are all owned by Egun. Oba Akran Toyi of Badagry is Egun.

Go back to your history books. Badagry was In 1863 annexed by the United Kingdom and incorporated into the Lagos colony. In 1901 it became a part of Nigeria. Aworis from Ogun State and Ijebus of Ogun State are the indigenes of Lagos. Proximity to Lagos is what Badagry is misinterpreting as Lagosians. They were originally a part of Dahomey.

Which eegun owns ajah? Naa you no well at all.
Naa ijebu people get ajah and most of lekki. The other parts you mentioned are the AWORIs.

east/south, 30% West, 15%north and 5% foreigners... stop deceiving your self that afonjas constitute majority of Lagos population, ask yourself why Oba Rilwan Akiolu threatened to drown Igbo's in lagoon if they fail to vote for his political godson Ambode... he knw very well that Igbo's are enough to wreck havoc for him, for instance you can't win US presidential election without swing states... you can't win governorship election in Lagos without endorsement of those majority tribe, ask yourself why we have 4 Igbo's representing Yoruba's in Lagos state house of assembly... Omo abeg agberos should go back to their respective hinterland villages... Lagos is meant for hard working , industrious law abiding citizens of Nigeria

I am an Egun, we are not Yoruba although usually categorized under Yoruba because of our number in Nigeria. We dominate Badagry and some part of Ojo area of Lagos and some part of Ogun state. Our language has no similarities with Yoruba (Is like Chinese & English ). My Egun name is MIFIRINSO ( remember tomorrow ) and HENNUHO ( Family's Speech ).
