Breaking News: Governor Rochas Okorocha's on going bridge construction at Assumpta Avenue along portharcourt road collapsed last night. And in order to hide it from the public, they have blocked the bridge with two long Containers so that the public will not see the collapsed bridge while frantic efforts are currently being made to see if they will remedy the situation. Already, they have stationed Stern looking policemen at the site to bar journalists from nearing the site. This is to remind the general public to be mindful of those substandard projects.. |

I was in Owerri earlier this month and up until now am still trying to understand what rochas is doing?Is he trying as always to create the impression to people entering the town that his working with those unnecessary construction going on there. Instead of fixing the bad roads, he said no that he'd rather destroy the good ones and reconstruct them. |
