They are both of the same sides, but forming adversaries in court just to delay the court processes.

The court has decided to read a ruling of the SUPREME COURT In respect of a decided matter in the case of Agumogu vs NJC . "Can ang application be brought to this court to truncate the proceeding of the court on appeal to the SUPREME COURT without giving the supreme court the full opportunity to hear the matter. It is important not to take matter heard in peace meal".

Which stupid motion was filed at the supreme court? I told you the appeal court will go ahead and you are still talking about a useless notice of appeal without a consequential order

Appeal on what will go on? Main suit or just motions? So far it is just motions that has been taken nothing yet on the substantive suit. Olanipekun is being played with the same Legal trick he used in Uche Ogah versus Ikpeazu case.
