My friend it is very possible for the construction company to finish maintenance in a month. It's just a small section of the long bridge and not the whole lagos-ibadan road. If it hasn't happened in Nigeria does not mean it is abnormal. What is the correlation between repairing a road and building a private home? Which kind thing be this na?
