Coffee and toast this morning, not sure yet what will be for b'fast, will update when i get one.

Other than my chocolate cookies I ate with my sandwich (two slice of toasted wheat bread, roasted turkey, mozarella cheese, mayo, spicy sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onion), what a delicious sandwich, I have not had anything since then and today.

Yeah roast beef is good also, but try spicy italian on the everything bread, delicious together with milk macademia nut cookies, and you are in heaven, lol
