I don't wish the kind of torture they endure on anyone, but we can't hide the truth. Drug smugglers shame our continent and so deserve severe punishment.

Saying drug trafficking is an offence would be an understatement, more especially doing such activities in foreign countries. But the explorers simply wont comply.
