As a member since 1999, I know the church already has the C of O. The issue now is a moral issue of paying the real owners of the land but court rulings can be bought and sold. The issue is however a moral one they seem to want to "black-mail" the pastor. If it was not for relogious purpose this people have no say as the C. Of O has already been issued.

Unfortunately, there is a court order, unless he wants to appeal, and that is depended on whether he was part of the suit, the first point is for him, to demand action from those he pay, who should appeal the ruling.
