I don't pray to have such a Gf sef talkless of wife. Their nagging problem is too much. The experience with my mum's mood swing wasn't a pleasant one so I can't go thru it again for the rest of my life. Why should your mood be controlling your life...so funny. It should be the other way round.

My mood swings are just terrible even I don't like it, I try to control it but it's hard... I could go from chatty and happy to outright quiet and sad for no reason in 0.2 sec, very frustrating!

My Ugom does that a lot.

Just be patient and understand her.

She'll come to appreciate that later and make efforts herself to tone down on it.

It can be irritating at first. You ask what happened, she'll say Nothing. Just try and see how you can help her when she gets into such mood swings.

A female friend of mine said it can be as a result of PMS.
