1. Civil Engineer
Responsibilities
• Candidates must be able to Use a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs.
• Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations.
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc.
• Compiling job specifications.
• Resolving design and development problems.
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
• Managing budgets and project resources.
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
• Must have Site experience.

Competence/Skills
The candidates should posses:
• Sound mathematical and technical skills including physics.
• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification/Experience
• A good BSC or HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Additional qualification will be an advantage.
Applicant must have a minimum of Five (5) years cognate experience in similar position from a good organization.


2. Mechanical Engineer
Knowledge of HVAC Applications, including evaluating various HVAC technologies
• Works effectively with design teams, clients, vendors, contractors
• Performs Code reviews
• Knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Protection Code
• Performs critical QC reviews of other engineer’s designs & documents
• Calculates heating & cooling loads using computer software programs
• Calculates pressure drops in ductwork and piping systems
• Sizes pipes, ductwork, and equipment such as pumps, fans, boilers, chillers, terminal units
• Specifies HVAC equipment and systems, including controls
• Edits specification templates
• Performs punch list inspections
. Must have Site experience

Competence/Skills

• Candidates should be have experience in HVAC/piping design (commercial/institutional)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Qualification/Experience
• A good BSC or HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Additional qualification will be an advantage.

3. Office Assistant
Responsibilities
• Handle requests and transactions, or direct the matter or person to the proper department
• Responsible for opening or reviewing correspondence and determining proper action to be taken
• Effectively manage filing system
• Attend to all enquiries from visitors
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time

Competence/Skills
• Strong secretarial background
• Proficient in report writing and the use of wide range Microsoft office applications
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must possess strong work ethics and exhibit strong confidence
• Must possess excellent disposition to work

Qualification/Experience
• Must be able to perform basic bookkeeping functions and tasks
• Ability to use the Internet and email facilities
• Must have telephone techniques.
• Additional qualification will be an advantage

4. Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
•Design, develop, modify, and evaluate systems, process, or facilities to support Company objectives utilizing engineering methods.
•Develop electrical engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments.
• Determine methods and techniques for obtaining results.
• Guide and direct associate level engineers, technicians and drafters.
• Recommend alternative solutions to management in area of specialty on engineering solutions to meet business needs.
• Deliver on commitments and manage outside engineering services to accomplish the assigned work.
• Analyze and design engineering methods.
• Design and implement data systems, network configurations and network architecture.

Competence/Skills

• Support and resolve hardware, software and network problems and incidents through root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
