building mosque is nothing in the North, only one person can take it upon him self to build so many mosques.

stop deceiving yourself!

what do you need extra state for....so you can have one more governor, one more house of assembly one more set of commisioners and all the associated expenses and one more set of unpaid state workers?

what have we acheived with 36 states that we didn't acheive when we had just 12 except more poverty in the land? Which factories located to the new states? which jobs came to the new states except civil servants that can't be paid? You create more states and all your citizens run to Lagos.....free yourself from backward thinking.

On the whole lot of issues he mentioned, only the state creation that you picked out from your brainless and uncivilized way of thinking errh. Permit me to call you a baaaassstard.

Signing MOU with GE for provision of infrastructure while some inconsolable losers are busy on another thread celebrating the bombing of infrastructure in their own region Since to them, it "ridicules Buhari". grin

what a hopeless lot.

They should keep bombing while others develop their own region. Cursed be the tongue which rises to wail "marginalisation" tomorrow.
So pipeline na better infrastructure abi when the people on top of the pipeline cannot have access to clean water

Dey there make Pant dey wear you.

Forward thinking people are preparing for every scenario including finding significant oil finds in their locality whilst also knowing it would never be the singular source of revenue.

When I was in university Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri were the cities of choice for most engineering / science students. As it stands today I would never work in Warri as it has become a ghost town due to the incessant criminality which actually pays the political and non academic class.

Don't hate the North for their ability to close ranks to improve their society even as they may not be blessed with the resources.

As long as the energy is fed into the grid like they are forcing Nnaji to, no problem.

Yes. They want Buhari to crawl on his belly from Abuja down to the creeks, lick the balls of the militants clean, convert to a Christian, resign, and the make Tompolo preesident for them to cease bombing.
Dem never see anything.
Let them run their region aground jor. Who cares. grin

Fact is, you can not satisfy or appease self destructive people especially when all they know is destruction, looting, stealing, blackmail, kidnappings and lawlessness...

You mean we should keep begging you to stop bombing and destroying your own land like we've been begging you with so many peace initiatives, more money, NDDC, amnesty and billions upon Nbillions of amnesty PAYMENTS?

No, they can not keep holding us to ransom or keep blackmailing us forever, they can blow up the whole of ND and drink whatever oil they have left, who cares?

What have they done with all their derivations, allocations, IGR, amnesty payments and so on?

Delta state is the most indebted country in Nigeria with N700 billion debt, but can you point to one thing they did with that money?

Oil is an international commodity and we can get it from anywhere and even oil is available in other peaceful and non violent parts of Nigeria or even from outside Nigeria.

On a more serious note, depending on a small area's natural resources for soo long without using veto power and other direct methods to ensure that the Niger delta get developed like Lagos and Abuja is the bane for the destruction of oil facilities. the FG has not being directly serious about the development of that area. it is wrong for outsiders to own oil wells while the locals are there.it is wrong for the huge sold minerals in other parts of Nigeria to be unexploited while the oil in the delta continually exploited and the area left untaken care off and oil spilled.

All this stoooryyy u keep repeating. The military raped all regions & doled out the oil wells to their friends. The niger delta has a fund meant for infrastructure development. Every chairman dt headed dt organization became a billionaire when they left. Is it an outsider dt will come and head dt organization? The mineral resources in other regions not being exploited, do u really believe the thieving class won't have exploited it for more money if they knew how? Do u think anyone is benefitting anything by leaving d bitumen, tin, coal etc in d ground. We all know dt its due to a lack of vision, hardwork & d simplemindedness of our corrupt leaders. Ajaokuta steel is an example. It is not a conspiracy. The same way the multinationals spilled oil wtout any repercussions by d FG is d same way multinationals tested drugs on infants in d north without any repercussions. Its a result of useless leadership.

Now what did the 1st president from the south south do about all these when in power? He had a mandate. The whole north central & the whole south voted for him. Why are u only now raising the issue?

A trip up north will convince you. There, government policies are truly about the ordinary people and not just some pot-bellied souls. I come from the middle-belt and feel like slapping my governor anytime he opens his mouth to talk. Northern governors de try abeg. They'll get it done just like with all the other massive projects their predecessors have accomplished. However, if shoprite and a few classy strip joints are the development anyone is looking for, then they'd be disappointed.
