As a blogger, new or pro blogger, the issue of ads optimization can never be over emphasized. I added new template lately, I added just two ads unit (above and below content)

So, I wanted to ask this question to all of you.

If you know the best working way for you, kindly recommend it via the comment box. Stating the type of ads unit you normally use.

Centered or floated to left or right?? Colour tweaked or not

Please, I don't need hacks or tricks, I need plain and the ones in conjunction with AdSense policy.
