The way at which guys are burying millions of naira at that Akpaka now is something else, like a decade ago one could get a land there @ 250,000-300,000 but, go & price a land there today. You no go fit shout nor close your mouth.. God Bless Hustlers |

Your post is not about the forest.... it the usual boasting that comes with some ibos... You should have emphasized about the lost forest and not buildings... other states have that also in their own measures.. Empty barrel make the most noise..
