Cashless Policy Indeed! Quickteller Seems To Be Defrauding Their Customers! by Igtek: 5:35pm On Dec 07, 2016
This is alarming! Quickteller owned by INTERSWITCH LIMITED keep advertising on tv stations encouraging people to use their online payment portals to make transactions easier. Just wait until a transaction is failed or incomplete. Their advertised customer care no on their website doesnt go through (01 9065000). I sent them emails several times and they say a case no has been assigned to me and their agent will get back to me in less than 24 hours. For the past 3 months so many transactions failed, my monies disappeared into thin air and no response from QUICKTELLER. is this a new type of fraud in Nigeria. lots of people have similar experiences but are tired of complaining. Imagine collecting 5,000 dubiously from ten thousand Nigerians who get tired of complaining. We rily dont have Consumer protection in this country! Who monitors companies like INTERSWITCH?
