The elections in Rivers today is different from what we have lately. Who can explain why we don't have results from various unit posted on social media? Is it that in Rivers people are not on social network of there was no elections in these polling units, maybe the results has been written already. What's your view? |

Wherever APC is in minority and loses, INEC calls the vote "inconclusive" But wherever APC wins, even if ballot boxes were openly stuffed and elections rigged, INEC declare APC winner. Independent umpire indeed. |
