While I do not know the fact of what happened (recent collapse in Akwa Ibom) and I know little about construction.What I know is that laws and codes on construction that is enough to prevent this dastard re current situation of collapse of buildings, killing people are available in our many books of law.It brings me to the question of what's really the issue.Does it mean these laws are not implemented or enforced. 1 Like
