If the security agencies are truly serious about getting rid of this thug in rivers, they know how to do it very easily.

You don't know anything. When Justice ngwuta was given administrative bail, he called his people in Eboyin state to get rid of vital evidence. He didn't know the DSS was monitoring his calls. The transcript of the entire conversation was presented in court recently. If the prosecution or the state wants to prove it is wike, they will have absolutely no problem doing so.
