I very well agree with you. but law and common sense are very different. that is why it is always said that the law is not always based on common sense. in a court of law, yes Wike is innocent until proved guilty thats why no court can convict him on that allegation but in common sense judgment, Wike is neither guilty nor innocent since the purported tape is already out and the voice is identical to Wike's voice. only an investigation would prove him guilty or innocent.
