You might have come across the illustration I made about POTENTIAL. If you have a Ferrari and a bicycle, but the Ferrari isn't put to good use, should the Ferrari blame the bicycle for moving?

Maybe the so-called 'buffoons' are ruling because the intelligent ones want to stand idly by blaming one circumstance or the other.
