And so what? This man has active immunity cover and that make all action a mere academic exercise except for state of emergency
Re: Rerun: Police To Demand Wike’s Call Data This Week by hedonistic: 7:48am On Dec 19, 2016
Nonsense. Why is the police not applying the same zeal in dealing with the SARS commander implicated in a rigging scandal in Rivers State?

Meanwhile, why is Wike using an MTN line? He should know better now. Many security conscious big boys I know don't use Nigerian mobile networks for their important phone communications. They use foreign mobile numbers backed with satellite communication networks (Thuraya) or encrypted Voip numbers here.

Ameachii's call data should also be checked . but police should remember that Wike has immunity

just like u can't investigate a president phone calls because of national secret and data it contains ,theme way u can't investigate call logs of a seating governor because of the state secret it contains ,the state govt and federal govt are both elected officers backed by the constitution and they private information should not be investigated ,I believe that his network operators will go to court to challenge this police decision.
Re: Rerun: Police To Demand Wike’s Call Data This Week by wokomabest(m): 7:56am On Dec 19, 2016
Nigerian police are not usefull at all. Have they been demanding the data calls of arm robbers before and after their operations.do they ask for the data calls of kidnappers after two weeks or more of holding somebody hostage? Doing nothing to solve criminal issues in Nigeria. All they do is carry Pot belle upandan in the name of police work. Lubbish

Amaechi was probably careful not to be caught on tape but Wike was careless. Everybody is innocent until you are caught for crime.

prosecution - /prɒsɪˈkjuːʃ(ə)n/ noun 1. the institution and conducting of legal proceedings against someone in respect of a criminal charge. 2. the continuation of a course of action with a view to its completion.

Can you explain the relevance of this ?

I have stated it that he can be INVESTIGATED but not PROSECUTED because of IMMUNITY.

Nonsense! You don't prosecute a sitting governor.
of course they can't prosecute him, they will just indict him and keep the files in the freezer, waiting patiently for his tenure to be over. that way you can bet they would have him by the balls.

wike is always careless, that's why Amaechi is more calculated and refined. was it not the same wike who after the supreme court judgement went on air and was saying 'Odilli would call me in the middle of the night and tell me and meet so so person, go and meet so so person'. how could a man be so careless, open mouth anyhow. he's lucky he has immunity, if not after he made that comment about Odilli he would have been picked up.

Re: Rerun: Police To Demand Wike’s Call Data This Week by okeyfrank: 8:20am On Dec 19, 2016
Charity they say begins at home. The Police should first demand the call data of Rotimi Amaechi, Oyegun, Buhari, Tinubu, Okorocha, Oshiomole, Peterside, etc before that of Wike. APC should purge itself first as the party has already set Nigeria on the ugly path of destruction.
