Good news!!! Alert!!!!

During our routine check up on our customers who have purchased our ovens, we were able to get pictures of the drying process and the end products from using our ovens, and they were amazing,check out the pictures below..

This is the picture for the first 3 hours of drying, the doors were opened for breeze and to allow cooling , (that is why it's conventional) , it took approximately 8 hours for the first time, and subsequently 5-6 hours to dry a full batch

The fish was looking crisp and delicious
