Well. That's the demerit of legal marriage. Even if he marries 10 times, as long as they are legal matrimonies, divorce goes with a 50:50 property seperation. And for him to have 3wives and still keeps them, it means the previous 2 weren't legally married to him. It even certifies further an equal sharing of property
