In the annals of Nigerian political history, mention another more successful politician than Jagaban? Just one. Even Buhari, an hitherto serial loser, needed his financial and rebranding/repackaging skillz to clinch the presidency.

I repeat, No other politician in the annals of Nigeria's political history has groomed and produced more successful politicians (from countless States house of assembly members, to Federal HOR members, to Senators, to several governors, to Ministers, to VP, and even the Presidency).
