Why shouldn't she? Aren't they in a relationship? A woman cutting her hair is tantamount to altering the size of her boobs or buttocks since they both overtly change her physical appearance. How a man physically perceives his woman really matters since it's the basis for physical and sexual attraction which are useful ingredients that facilitates love, affection and sexual attachment. A woman needs to tell her man when she wants to cut her hair, and also pay ear to his views on it, because if he doesn't think she would be attractive with low hair, then wisdom demands she thinks carefully about her decision, because she shouldn't blame the guy if the level of attraction towards her dampens as a result of her decision, and his previously blind eyes of comparison gain their sight, and he begins comparing her with other women. And you know where that leads. I know some people would think: "But physical attraction isn't the only significant factor required for a relationship to thrive. A guy can still love a woman despite not finding her attractive." And to those people I'll say: Shut the fuuuck up. if you're married, you shld consult your husband first...I know of a man that pursued his wife just cos she cut her hair without asking him first...
